Chris Bottin of Timberline Home Designs designed the home of my dreams. Justin Bottin of JMB Construction created and installed my trim work. Kylee Bottin of Kreations by Kylee helped choose my window treatments. Pat Bottin was always available to help me along the path of choosing colors for tile, carpet, wall colors, etc.
I highly recommend each of them. All are very creative and approachable. I found each of them very easy to work with; they each had great ideas and were always open to my ideas and suggestions.
Once the home designs were ready and approved, Merlin was readily on hand to explain what the process was and what I should expect. When excavation/construction began I was out of state for 3 weeks. Merlin kept me posted with updates/photos daily. He was onsite most every workday and kept the process moving. He always kept me informed of the monthly expenses and how the budget was. In the end, the home was completed on time and under budget. In a five-star review the Bottin team would get five and then some.
